FACT:
  • The current administration voted to tie the hands of the very department that protects the American people (including them). They voted NOT to give the intelligence community the tools that it needs to protect us from radical jihadists. They also voted AGAINST a military commission to try terrorists !! ..Does the wackiness ever end ?

The primary purpose of the federal government is to protect its citizens. Because of that, we must guarantee our military strength, law enforcement, and intelligence community, remains the best in the world. We must continue to modernize our weapons systems, our missile defense capabilities, and the best supplies our soldiers need. We must also ensure that our law enforcement officers are adequately trained and protected and that our intelligence community has a legal framework, in which they can uphold civil liberties while at the same time, are given the flexibility to glean critical information that will protect Americans from harm without tying our military's hands. I recognize that an unsecured border poses just as grave a threat for terrorist infiltration as does the threat of a nuclear militarized jihad overseas. In order to effectively address this critical issue, we must focus on providing the resources by which the Department of Homeland Security may effectively maintain a secure border yesterday.

My solution: I will support legislation that provides our men and women in the armed services, law enforcement officials, and intelligence agencies with everything they need to successfully carry out their missions, and places the security of our nation as the fundamental priority of our government.

Terrorists want to kill you - period, and they will not go away with warm fuzzy "negotiations"

  • What does this mean to you ? Sleep better at night knowing that our military is not being bound by moronic regulations and is the best it can be in order to keep you and your family safe.
