Community College Leader: Experienced/Successful Record/AdvocateBarbara Dunsheath: Doctorate - Educational Leadership, specialization community colleges. North Orange County Community College District Vice-president Board of Trustees. Chosen by California League of Community College as Vice-president of the Commission on the Future. Barbara Dunsheath: Vigilantly protects tax dollars from waste. Maintained a balanced budget all five years in office. Since 2002, NOCCCD has maximized the $239 million Measure X bond funds into construction or renovation of 22 award winning facilities. Facilities should be used to enhance student success and serve the community. While I have been a trustee, NOCCCD has served nearly 15% more students for less than 5% increased cost while inflation has increased about 10%.
