Top Priorities if Elected
  • Use student achievement scores as a tool to assign our highest performing teachers to our lowest performing students.
  • Enact a merit pay system (based on student achievement) for new teachers. Install a process that counsels and (if needed) removes ineffective teachers
  • Give all AUHSD students, irregardless of early-on educational resources or wealth, the same educational opportunities.
