  • Maintain primary focus on improving student achievement for every child

  • Retain, attract, support, and celebrate the highest caliber of teachers and staff

  • Strengthen relationships with all of our partners in education; staff, parents, students, and the community

  • Ensure continued fiscal solvency both short and long term

  • Continue to serve as an advocate for the Moreland School District
