Board Member; Lakeside Fire Protection District

Please vote for Mike Anderson for Lakeside Fire Protection District on November 2, 2010! I am a local Realtor, property owner, and tax payer. My background and qualifications include:

- Lakeside resident for about 44 of my 54 years. Single dad with two young sons, presently coaching my older son's AYSO soccer team.
- Current Director and Past President of Lakeside Chamber of Commerce. Chairman of Business Mixer Committee, active in other Committees including Scholarship Golf Tournament and Lakeside Parade.
- Current Director of East County Association of Realtors, served one year as State Director for Association. Member of Government Affairs Committee.
- Chairman of Oktoberfest Committee in El Cajon since 1996, one of the biggest and most popular annual events in the East County - with no public funding!
- Active member of East County Chamber of Commerce.
- 2008 Graduate of East County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program 2008.
- Member of the Alley Cat Art Walk Committee, hosted annually by St. Madeleine Sophie's Center in El Cajon.
- Member of Sunset Advisory Board for San Diego County, 2005-2008.
