Far too many lives are lost on the streets, roads, and freeways of San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. A well-worked out program of safety engineering our local highways is long overdue. Moves in this direction will prove highly "cost effective", preventing many needless deaths and injuries, also reducing a lot of expensive property damage. |
