An additional tax for the benefit of the Lockland Local School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding fourteen and ninety-five hundredths (14.95) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to one dollar forty-nine and five tenths cents ($1.495) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011.
