I am totally for the people , against ALL new taxes , I believe the City can run without Tickets for not moving your vehicle during Street Sweeping , I don't believe Business's should have to pay for a permit to put up a Street sign. I believe the City of Norwalk is way to over managed . Let the people decide, That is my Major Political Philosophy
