(Majority Approval Required)
- An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Cleves, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of
CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding six (6) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts
to sixty cents ($0.60) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first
due in calendar year 2012.

-- Village of Elmwood Place
(Majority Approval Required)
- A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Elmwood Place, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose
of PROVIDING FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding two (2) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty cents ($0.20) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
