-Preserve & promote local small businesses
-Keep our community a "small town"
-Improve the City's financial situation & rebuild reserves
-Use all possible means to eliminate all forms of the 710 Freeway
-Rebuild our roads, repair our infrastructure
-Keep high quality schools
-Support the needs of our seniors
-Maintain and advance level of independent police and fire departments
-Transparent, open government
-Reasonable, up front, open construction practices
-Streamline working with city staff
-Provide a business owner's perspective on City Council
-A methodical & non-ideological City Council, willing to work with residents & portray both the bad and the good of policies
