More housing is needed, including senior housing.While we are living longer, our needs are changing. Seniors want to stay in their community but in living units that are smaller and easier to maintain, built with safety features and easy or handicapped access. Once designs are selected, a city program that facilitates "trading" properties should be designed that gives preferences to Foster City residents who plan to stay in Foster City. We should also add more family housing. These added residences will help incerease our revenue. |
