A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of North Bend, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding five (5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty cents ($0.50) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
