A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Terrace Park, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding five and fifty-eight hundredths (5.58) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty-five and eight-tenths cents ($0.558) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
