A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of North College Hill, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CONTINUING TO PROVIDE FOR AND IMPROVE THE ROADS AND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE at a rate not exceeding four and eight-tenths (4.8) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-eight cents ($0.48) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.
