Tom Danzi Bio Glenolden Borough Council

Tom Danzi has served as President of Glenolden Borough Council for the last 7 years. He is the owner of Suburban Collision Specialists in Glenolden. As a successful businessman, he has brought his experience in managing people and budgets to the borough government. As someone who lives and operates a business in the borough, Tom believes in protecting the quality of life in Glenolden and providing the best municipal services to the Borough. Tom also believes in being fiscally responsible. He has been instrumental in working with county and state officials in securing grant money and completing numerous projects throughout the borough.

Tom is extremely active in the community, including serving as first president of the Glenolden Business Association, which he helped establish. He also helped set up the GBA Scholarship Fund for students living in Glenolden. Tom is a past 2-term president of the local Lion's Club International, and is on the advisory board of Folcroft Vocational Technical School. He is also the elected 3rd Precinct Republican Committee Man for Glenolden. In addition, Tom serves on the Delaware County Prison Board and is an active member of the Glenolden Fourth of July committee.

He and his wife Debbie have been married for 38 years. They are very happy living and working in Glenolden and being part of the community. They have two sons who are also employed at Suburban Collision, and three grandchildren.
