My father was a professor at the University of Illinois in Urbana where I was raised. Graduated Cornell '71 with BS in Neurobiology and Animal Behavior. Traveled extensively teaching sailing, training horses, writing advertising copy, and working as a Medical Tech. In 1975 met my wife, formerly Brady Garvan from Springhouse, and settled in this area. For 35 years I have been sole proprietor of a tutoring business for which I have never advertised; my wife has written an historical novel of the Trojan War. For the last 28 years, we have lived in what is left of the 18th century Lewis-Jones farmstead in the Three Tuns section of Upper Dublin. We have two boys (one in Texas, one in Singapore) and 5 grandchildren.
