Developed engineering solutions for dam infrastructure including retention structures, embankments, outlets, and spillways. Worked directly with dam owners, private consultants, and government agencies such as the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Bureau of Reclamation, and the Army Corp of Engineers to resolve dam safety issues.
