GENERAL PLATFORM FOR RE-ELECTION

Greg Marvel was first elected to the District's school board in 2000 on a reform platform. Although a good district, Greg felt SRVUSD could become a great district! There were core problems. The District's facilities program was under Grand Jury scrutiny, student test scores were below many neighboring districts, and the District's finances and reserves were weak. During the ensuing years, the District has made massive improvements.
