- Why you should vote for me
 -
Four reasons: Experience, Time, Independence and Access
 - Water Supply for the City of Monterey
 -
Monterey needs enough water to build all its buildable lots and to get rid of, forever, the water waiting list, and all the restrictive rules about water credits that prevent a homeowner from adding a bathroom, or even an extra sink. The tiered water billing rate must be abolished.
 - Position Paper-Downtown Monterey
 -
I encourage downtown business owners to do the small and inexpensive things that can be done immediately to make our downtown more vibrant. A nicer-looking and cleaner downtown area will attract the great tenants we've been looking for, and attract residents and visitors as well.
