Resident of Moreno Valley for 28 years. Married 27 years to Jackie Jempson, retired from Cal-State Long Beach and now working part-time as Campus Security within the Moreno Valley Unified School Distict. Raised 3 sons and 1 daughter together.

Bilingual. Worked in Human Resources for 25 years. Currently the HR Mgr for a large manufacturing warehouse in Riverside. Human Resources responsibilities include: hiring, terminations, payroll processing, budget analysis, conflict management, benefit administration, safety compliance and training, labor law compliance and much more.

Served on the Executive Board of several local non-profits and community organizations through my whole time living in Moreno Valley.
