Clean, accessible water is key to the future of our economy and our quality of life. We need reforms to ensure drinking water is clean, our homes, businesses and schools are safe from floods, and the system is secure during natural disasters. Environmental stewardship is vital.

"As the Executive Manager, David has helped lead the Assessor's Office. He'll bring the same focus on performance management and fiscal accountability so needed at the Water District," Assessor Larry Stone.

As Chair of the oversight committee for the District's $500 million Clean Safe Creeks Initiative, I've championed greater transparency and independent auditing. I'll push for similar reforms if elected as one of the Water Districts seven volunteer Board Members. I'll demand an end to Board Member Perks and greater focus on higher priority projects.
