To achieve current level of service will require fiscal planning for future budgets. Work on back-up plans if revenue stays flat that involves staff and management for any needed spending cuts. Alan L. Smith 4,456 votes 24.03% Occupation: Incumbent Business Consultant Priorities: Maintain fire protection services to the community plus an adequate financial reserve in the face of increased costs and decreased revenues. Explore ways to improve response times throughout the District which is critical for medical emergencies as well as fires. Maintain staffing excellence as we encounter revenue challenges.
