Medicating Patients with medical marijuana in writing by a Medical Doctor should be another form of legal prescription. Why should one group of people continue to suffer &/or die as opossed to others?Medical marijuana is in another era as opposed to the era of alcohol prohibition of the 1930's. It costs this nation billions of dollars to enforce laws that create high profitable enterprises. These enterprises create criminal gangs... Our resources could better be spent on actual crime against the citizen. Remember, Medical Marijuana has been approved by California Voters in a past election thru initiative ballot. Doctor's, staff, and others in the medical field are intelligent and smart enough to develop programs with controls to prescribe medical marijuana. Everyone I know in the medical field have communicated conditions to the best of their ability to safeguard patients, other staff members, and the plubic from life and health dangers. Medical field personnel are aware of benefits and dangers of prescribed medicine. Remember "The principal of informed consent?" |
