• Maintain Low Water and Sewer Rates that do not subsidize new development
• Plan for the Future to Ensure Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment Safety and Reliability
• Encourage Conservation and Sustainable Practices to Protect our Valuable Resources

• Voted to limit increases I District benefits with estimated savings of $3.25 million over the next 3 years
• Voted to support ocean desalination to improve water supply safety and reliability
• Voted to construct 10-day storage capacity to limit water supply interruptions
• Voted to upgrade Meadowlark Treatment Plant to supply up to 5 million gallons per day of recycled water to reduce demands on imported supply
• Voted to install solar panels and establish sustainability garden with drought tolerant plants and water conservation features
• Voted to manage debt, leading to AA+ rating from Fitch and AA from S&P
