A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. A replacement of 8.5 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 1.5 mill to constitute a tax for the benefit of the Village of Glendale, Hamilton County, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding ten (10) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to one dollar ($1.00) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for four (4) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
