A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Mariemont, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS at a rate not exceeding three and five-tenths (3.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-five cents ($0.35) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
