A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage. Shall a levy renewing an existing levy be imposed by the Reading Community City School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of AVOIDING AN OPERATING DEFICIT in the sum of $1,170,000 per year, and a levy of taxes to be made outside of the ten-mill limitation estimated by the county auditor to average six and thirty-six hundredths (6.36) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to sixty-three and six-tenths cents ($0.636) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of seven (7) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013?
