A majority affirmative vote is necessary for passage

A replacement of 1.25 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 1.25 mills to constitute a tax for the benefit of Miami Township Waste District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of WASTE COLLECTION at a rate not exceeding two and five-tenths (2.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each one hundred dollars in valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
