As a career prosecutor in the L.A. City Attorney's Office, Tina Hess has dedicated her career to serving the people of Los Angeles. She is committed to SMART government: prioritizing public safety, emergency preparedness, and improving the infrastructure. She recognizes that city government must do more with less by increasing governmental efficiencies.
