A runoff may be held on 5/21/2013 between the top 2 candidates who received the most votes if neither receives a majority. If one candidate receives a majority of votes in this election, that candidate wins and no runoff will be held. Vacancy occurred due to the resignation of the councilmember for District No. 4. If no candidate receives a majority of the votes (50% + 1), a run-off election will be held within 49 days between the top two vote-getters in the district.
