School Director; Pittsburgh School District; District 3; Democratic Party

I am in my 8th year of serving on the Pittsburgh Board of Education. I previously worked 25 years for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and 3 years for the State of West Virginia, in the Governor's Office of Economic and Community Development. I have background and experience in community, economic, housing, and youth development, housing and land use planning, environmental protection and historic preservation. I have chaired organizations and a state task force. I am Broad Fellow for completing training for School Board Members by the Center for School Reform.
