1. I am committed to advancing and improving education at all levels and feel that, as citizens, we have a duty to support excellent public schools.

2. I am also committed to keeping taxes as low as possible, not only because taxing levels have a major impact on the financial health of our community, but also because tax increases place a significant burden on people living either on fixed incomes or on salaries that see slow growth.

3. My career has focused on strong financial management, always working to find ways to accomplish more while spending less. I have been successful working in an executive environment which meant facing, handling and negotiating challenging situations.

4. I am now retired and have the luxury of time to meet with people, to do analysis and to offer solutions that may benefit the district.
