Since 1993 I have maintained a high-volume litigation practice, representing individuals in thousands of legal matters throughout Pennsylvania in both State and Federal Courts. I also serve as an instructor of Continuing Legal Education courses, and I am the author of various texts and teaching materials. I am active in the community through organizations such as the Rotary and Boy Scouts of America, and have been named both a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer' (top 5% in PA) and one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania. I also serve as an administrative judge in matters involving police discipline.
