As a 21 year educator, Ricardo fully understands the importance of a quality education. He has had the privilege of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in the school community and beyond to help meet the needs of all students, insuring their opportunities for success. El Monte Union High School District students deserve this same quality of leadership.

Ricardo Padilla has proven over his 21 years that he is able to build positive relationships with students, parents, administrators, and staff to ensure that each student is on the road to success. He is a strong advocate for high quality public education.
