When my daughter was born 4 years ago, I knew she was the life force I had been waiting for; she gave me a renewed vitality and strength. Reflecting on the fact that my formal education provided me with many opportunities and possibilities, I was determined to provide her the same. Her curiosity for learning was apparent at a very young age; we have spent a lot of time together learning--reading, writing, math, geography, and good citizenship. Our love of learning and my desire to see her flourish has sparked a new passion in me: the desire to see all children in our community flourish. I would like to accomplish this by being elected to the Santa Rita USD School Board;being elected to the School Board, I will be able to make decisions that positively impact all students. |
