Candidate for
Board Member; Hartnell Community College District; Trustee Area 5

I am truly honored and humbled to have been asked by so many people to runFelicia-Head-Shot for Hartnell Community College District, Trustee Area 5. It was not an easy decision because of the great responsibility to the citizens of the district, the students of the college, and the staff and faculty that the trustees represent.

I was born and raised in this great city of Salinas and I attended Hartnell College. I know firsthand the important role this excellent Community College plays in this community. With that I felt that it was important to run for this position.

I have been an experienced creative professional in both my work and my many years of community service. I have strong leadership and relationship building skills and I look forward to putting these skills to good work on the Hartnell College Board. I am committed to collaboration, and I will govern to make an impact. I will uphold the mission of the college and its policies and be fiscally responsible for the students who make up our fine school.
