I have a single judicial philosophy: to do my very best to apply the law to the facts of every case in an effort to do justice. In this a judge must use all of their training and life experience to ascertain the fairest and most impartial outcome so that all of the parties will feel they received a fair trial or hearing. A sense of fairness is my touchstone.
