As the demographics change in your township, how do you plan to provide for basic services? Answer from Ted Otteni: A full recognition and understanding of the needs for our aging population must start at the local level. Making sure public areas and facilities are accessible, providing resources for senior citizens to utilize and outreach programs during extreme weather conditions would provide a safe and secure atmosphere.
