Personal Rights, Liberty and Your Responsibility

Responsibility may be all that we have left.

I have spoken with voters, who never miss an election, who did not even know that Pennsylvania has a Constitution. Most, who knew it existed, were unable to make any reference to what it contains.

It is more active in defining individual liberty, personal rights and defining the limitations of government than the U.S. Constitution.

It is your responsibility to know, protect and exercise your rights, and hold your representatives accountable for any action that would weaken, limit or eliminate the rights in our founding documents.

I could write volumes on the laws that limit, twist or revoke the rights we were guaranteed.

I will work to protect and defend the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I will seek to shrink government, not grow it. I will work to reduce the tax burden within the Commonwealth. I will not sponsor, support or vote for any bill, resolution or spending that does not affirm and uphold the rights and liberties of Pennsylvanians.
