Education and Qualifications:
I would like your vote for Superior Court Judge. The county deserves to have only qualified judges on the bench. I have the necessary qualifications. As a Judge, I will make certain that the court is accessible, open and fair to all people. I will ensure a full and fair hearing to everyone before me, and I will not prejudge any issue before learning all the facts. If elected, I will be able to serve far more people than I have been able to as a lawyer, and I will add balance to our county court.

For twenty-one years I have worked in Santa Clara County defending the constitutional rights of the individual. I have represented hundreds of clients, giving them a strong voice in court. I have also volunteered to sit as a temporary judge in small claims and traffic court for the past four years. Because of this vast experience, I am exceptionally qualified to serve as a Judge of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. I am a dedicated and hard working lawyer and I will be a dedicated and hardworking judge. I appreciate every vote.
