Chris Kelley has 25+ years of experience in HR/Administrative management for small businesses in the fields of finance, marketing, software, and interior design. She is currently working for a large tech company in San Francisco.

Chris Kelley is married to Dean Fukawa. Her community work includes: Hercules by the Bay HOA Board, Measure O Committee, ITC/Bayfront Task Force, Hercules Historical Society. She also volunteers at Hercules City Hall, helping the finance department.

Chris graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in political science, and a concentration in Chinese politics and Western Philosophy.
