My name is Noel Chun, M.D. I have lived in Manhattan Beach for 23 years with my wife and three children. I am an Associate Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine. I have been a member of the BCHD board for eight years now.

As an educator, father and medical doctor, I understand the challenges and importance of providing accessible, affordable healthcare. As a small business owner, I understand how important financial stability, strategic thinking and sustainability is to the viability of our mission.

The BCHD has greatly improved the health and well-being of our community for many years. My goal is for the BCHD to become a national model and laboratory for scientifically validated health and preventative care so that we can ensure that the resources that we are committing to wellness are the most effective use of these public resources.

To retain the trust and support of our citizens, I will always be your advocate for transparency and accountability of the BCHD.

With your endorsement, I will continue to work for the citizens of the Beach Cities to find effective ways to protect and improve the health and well being of all our people.
