  • Bring back free enterprise to the City. Put an end to the Evergreen contract. To allow free enterprise and open bidding for waste disposal. I have done my due dilligence and requested original contracts with Rainbow and found out:

o Last contract was in November 2006 o It's a twelve (12) year contract o But requires a three (3) year notice of non-renewal o We have to request cancellation by 2015 otherwise it will auto-renew o ** also attached is a partial copy of the agreement**

  • Bring Economic Growth and Business Development into our City.

o Focus on service delivery/Business friendly City o Customer Friendly o Partnership with Business Community o Open, ready and available for business
