For 70 years CMSD has been protecting out community's health and the environment by providing residential solid waste and sewer collection services. I pledge to contain costs, provide technical input to the Board and staff and plan for the future by using my knowledge, experience and education to perform the three duties an elected official has which are to do strategic planning to set the vision for staff, set policy and oversee the finances of the District. All of these three elected official responsibilities I have used the last 25 years in my capacity as the Director of O and M for the Orange county sanitation District, where I oversaw 350 employees, a 100 million dollar budget and helped develop the agencies/staffs vision through strategic planning process.
