Ballot statement:

Santa Clara voters need to vote to stop the backroom deals. Millions of dollars of taxpayer assets have been transferred to private interests without our knowledge or approval. As Mayor, I will invite the Justice Department to fully audit all of Santa Clara's records.

I will:

  • Resolve the fiscal mismanagement crisis that has left Santa Clara on the hook for hundreds of millions of dollars.
  • Expose and correct the failures in the long-term plan. Clean up El Camino. Save community parks. Protecting our environment and quality of life is not optional.
  • Increase opportunities for meaningful public input. The current 1-minute public comment limit prevents any real participation. To correct this, I will hold town hall discussions on all major city projects. Council members should hold monthly public office hours.

I have three decades of experience running multi-million dollar projects for major corporations in Silicon Valley and have built successful, diverse, and efficient teams that have delivered the impossible on time and under budget.

I am not a career politician, and I won't become one. I am not sponsored by any special interests. You have the right to control your government.
