Are we going to create a healthy business climate - with successful businesses that will be frequented by our teenagers and families for a vibrant Saratoga? We just need to keep our commercial districts vibrant that works for all our citizens, and also that preserves the character of Saratoga and enhances our quality of life. A vision master plan for downtown will help to steer us in the right direction. Here are some ideas.
