Attracting new physicins.North County San Diego has had the good fortune to attract physicans who have lived and worked in the Tri City District. As they retired we need to bring on new physicians with the skill set to treat our citizens. We have determined what specialities are needed and are doing joint projects to have experience physicians move to our area while attracting the brigthest graduates to work with these vetern physicinas. This plan will guarentee that we have the talent pool in medecine to stand ready when our residents are in ill-health. The physicians we have attracted are committed to move their familes and raise their children in our community. We hope we have attrcated a long standing partener in these physicinas that benefit all of us. |
