OVERVIEW I have been a resident of Jamul for 22 years and have over 40 years of experience in planning, budgeting, engineering, construction management, and facilities management. As District Engineer for the Ramona Municipal Water District I was responsible for the planning, designing, and construction of the Ramona Fire Department's facilities. I represented the Ramona Fire Department at regional meetings and negotiations with other fire departments and have served on boards and commissions in San Diego County as well as on charitable organizations. Currently I chair the San Diego Regional Standards Committee. I am committed to the Rural Fire Protection District providing the highest level of fire protection at the appropriate level of cost.
