  • Assure that the Mission of TCSD is carried forward - that service is provided to our residents efficiently and safely
  • Assure we do not exceed the capacity of our resources and that the District has the necessary infrastructure to deliver those resources
  • Maintain our conservative fiscal approach and take a more significant role in the economic development of our community.
