Delivering Quality Services Efficiently
Working in our community I want to continue to build on the strengths we have and to shore up areas that need support. As we emerge from the economic collapse of 2008 we must continue to be more efficient and effective while delivering services to our community. I have worked over the last 18 months with the existing City Council to stabilize our budget and provide services in the most efficient ways possible without giving up quality. We are currently restructuring staff to optimize talent and time while our staffing levels are still below 2008 levels. We are now redeveloping our infrastructure and street repaving programs to restore, protect, and enhance the assets we have. My goal is to make us proud to live and work in Cotati.
